SHIPPING INFORMATION FOR CASKETS:
Nationwide delivery is available in most areas of the United States within 48 hours and New England within 24 hours. Our goal is 36 hours door-to-door.
We ship domestically within the United States via UPS, Fed Ex, and Bax Global.
Through a combination of shipping options, we can get a casket almost anywhere in time for a funeral service or wake. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and method of carrier, but most casket shipments cost between $240 and $640 for next day or two-day delivery. Urns cost around $25 to ship.
Some places are freight "beyond point" and may take an additional 2-3 business days for delivery.

If any casket order is canceled you will be subject to a 35% restocking fee plus actual forwarding and return shipping charge.
SHIPPING INFORMATION FOR URNS:
We ship USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground to the Continental United States and Canada.
In-stock orders usually ship within the next business day.
Shipping within the United States takes 4-7 business days for delivery for in-stock items.
Shipments within the state of Florida, Georgia, and Indiana are one (1) day via UPS.
Next Day delivery is available as well to other areas. Please inquire about these options.

Canadian Orders:
Canada: Shipping prices for Canadian orders are (mimimum) $15.99 US. for 1 - 2 products, $27.95 for 3- 4 products. If shipping costs more, we will notify you by e-mail and wait for your approval.

If not fully satisfied with your standard urn you may return it within 7 days of receiving the item; for a full refund, less shipping and a 10% restocking fee. Urns with custom engraving are not returnable. For the original purchaser, I offer a lifetime guarantee on the craftsmanship. You pay shipping and I will repair or replace.
